How can i set up an account with Skin Studio 8?
You can set up an account with us in a few easy ways:
1. Book a Skin Consultation - Schedule a session with one of our skin experts and we’ll help create your account as part of your consultation.
2. Register Online - on any product page, click Register and enter your preferred email address: you’ll receive a one-time code by email; once applied, select Request an Account to complete your registration. A member of our team will then be in touch to assist with the approval of your account.
3. WhatsApp us Directly - Message us on WhatsApp and our team will assist you through the account approval process.
What is medical-grade skincare?
Medical-grade skincare refers to products formulated with clinically proven, high- quality ingredients that are designed to target specific skin concerns such ass ageing, acne, pigmentation and sensitivity. These formulations typically contain higher concentrations of active ingredients than over the counter skincare and are backed by scientific research and clinical testing.
When should I expect to receive my order?
We ship all orders via Royal Mail 48, with delivery typically taking 2-3 working days from dispatch. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped. Please note we ship all orders Monday-Friday.

Yes, we do offer international shipping. Shipping times and rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
